A lady doctor has filed a complaint before the district judge of Rohini Court after being served with stale food at the cafeteria and thereby suffers stomachache, food poisoning and hyperacidity.

Parul Sharma, a doctor, who runs a rehabilitation centre and special school in north-west Delhi, where she has sought a police action for a fake medical degree racket.

She went alongwith her mother to the court to meet her advocate Birender Sangwan for some discussion. After meeting she went to the canteen and ordered few items. After sensing the food, she observed that there was some problem with the taste. Her mother found out that the food was stale.

The cook refused to admit that the food had gone foul but he later on promised to offer fresh food for them.

The advocates present in the canteen decided to raise voice against the stale food being served to them. Parul and Sangwan made a police complaint, who visited the canteen for collecting the food sample out there. Sangwan said that it has been three days and no action has been taken while the advocates and litigants are at risk.
