Educational Qualification: LLB/LLM With 5 To 10 Years Of Experience (FMCG Or Manufacturing Sector Preferred)

Experience: 3-4 Years’ Experience In Food Industry

  • To Lead The Entire Contract Negotiation Portfolio Of Britannia Industries Ltd.
  • The Person Should Be Adept In Drafting, Vetting, Review & Negotiating Various Agreements Like;
  1. Power Purchase Agreement,
  2. Bulk Purchase & Import Of Commodity Agreement,
  3. Marketing Contracts,
  4. Endorsement Agreements,
  5. Branding Agreements,
  6. Procurement Agreements,
  7. Purchase Orders Etc,
  8. Lease Deed,
  9. Leave And License Agreements,
  10. Master Services Agreements,
  11. General Sales/Purchases Agreement,
  12. Dealership & Distributorship Agreements,
  13. Software Licensing Agreement,
  14. 2P And 3P Agreements For Manufacturing,
  15. Transportation Agreement
  16. Memorandum Of Understandings For Various Transactions,
  17. Essential Commodity Purchase Agreement,
  18. Loan Agreement,
  19. Non-Disclosure Agreement,
  20. Joint Venture Agreement,
  21. Service Entrustment Agreement,
  22. Share Holders Agreement/ Share Purchase Agreement/ Share Subscription Agreement,
  23. Infrastructure Development Contracts,
  24. Biding Tenders/ Documents Etc.

  • The Person Should Be Able To Partner With Teams From Various Departments Locally And Globally To Understand The Project Requirements Or Risks, Of The Contract And Review The Draft, Collaborate With The Line Of Business And Legal Team, And Participate In The Negotiations, As Per The Requirement.
  • The Person Should Be Well Versed With Drafting, Vetting & Review Various Agreements Related To FMCG.
  • Knowledge Of Litigation And Dispute Management Will Be An Added Advantage.

Support Various Stakeholders Time To Time With Drafting Of Notices, Replies And Advising On Various Transactions And Disputes Or Queries Related To The Organization.
