ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
A contract is a foundation of a business transaction. It governs transactions worth billions of dollars. Drafting and Negotiating a contract professionally can save numerous types of business related costs. A Lawyer, an Entrepreneur or a Manager involved in a business transaction should know how to negotiate or draft a contract. RostrumLegal has developed a unique one-day program to teach how to draft and negotiate commercial contracts. The workshop will be delivered with a practical approach where the attendees will be involved in various activities to learn contract drafting and negotiation.

ABOUT ALLIANCE SCHOOL OF LAW
Alliance School of Law, Alliance University is approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI), New Delhi. The Alliance School of Law offers two five-year, integrated undergraduate courses in law, viz., Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Law Honors—B.A. LL. B.
